With experience of consulting for schools and educational institutions across the world, my areas of expertise include experiential education; online remote learning; tefilla education; Israel education; curriculum implementation, and professional development for teachers.

CURRICULUM
DEVELOPMENT

Curriculum gives form to the content of Jewish education. Bringing the worlds of experiential education and formal Jewish education together, I have experience of writing and adapting curriculum for schools, universities, communal educational organizations, and other institutions of Jewish learning.

 

CONTENT
DEVELOPMENT

With over 25 years of experience developing educational content for educational institutions, Jewish publishers, and other community organizations, I have developed an expertise in taking complex thought and ideas and adapting them for a younger market and educational context.

 

TEACHING

The foundation of all educational thinking and expertise is teaching, and keeping in touch with the classroom will always be a priority.  Currently I teach both online and in-person a variety of Jewish subjects including Israel education, Jewish thought and text, and education.

ABOUT ME

Dr. Daniel Rose is a British-born Jewish educator with over thirty years experience working in informal and formal Jewish education. He has worked with youth movement programs in the UK and Israel, taught in Jewish Day Schools in the UK and the US, and has had administrative and teaching roles on global remote learning programs. He has developed curriculum and educational materials for diverse educational institutions and programs, and consults for Jewish Day schools in the UK, US, Australia and South Africa. Daniel lives in Modi’in in Israel, with his wife and five children.
